Hi! I’m Lu Nascimento, a Brazilian artist residing in the Northeast of the UK.
I’m the Art Director and Co-founder of Bunnyhug, a game studio that crafts magical-realist games that unites charming visuals with introspective themes.
With 13 years of experience as a professional artist, including a decade dedicated to the games industry, I strive to be a versatile artist that works with various creative disciplines - spanning across pixel art, UI/UX design, 2D game art, animation, concept art, illustration, graphic design, and art direction.
I hold degrees in Game Production from Bento Quirino and Audiovisual Production studies from Senac University in Brazil, and Concept Art at Imaginism’s in-house workshop, in Canada.
Outside of game development, I find joy in being a hermit, hanging around my dogs and partner, listening to books and exploring diverse artistic mediums - from pixels to delving into textiles and even taking it slow with oil painting.
I’m currently open to freelance work, please feel free to reach out to at lunascimento.art@gmail.com
